The Energy Administrative Assistant performs administrative tasks for the energy programs, which includes receiving and distributing mail, answering incoming customer inquiries, and sending status updates to clients. This position interacts with customers on a daily basis, including assisting clients in person, by phone, and by email.

This position performs compliance audits of contract servicers mortgage servicing activities under federal and state regulations for DHCD's single-family portfolio. Additionally, the role oversees collections and loss mitigation protocols for MHF-insured bond-funded loans, conventionally insured bond-funded loans, and uninsured State-funded loans.

DHCD has an immediate opening for an Administrative Officer III in the section of the Division of Credit Assurance. This position maintains accurate data in the Multifamily database and software systems and to verify through review of loan documents what data should be entered into the Multifamily Systems.
