CSCDA Announces New Executive Director Catherine Bando
The California Statewide Communities Development Authority Commission (CSCDA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Bando, as Executive Director. The Commission's action comes with the fullest confidence that Bando will be an excellent steward of CSCDA's mission in assisting local government by creating economic development throughout California.
USDA Steps in to Alleviate Impact of Drought on CA Farmers

The California Energy Commission has developed these Guidelines to help implement and administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program, which helps cities and counties implement projects and programs that will reduce fossil fuel emissions, reduce total energy use, and improve energy efficiency in all sectors.

These regulations establish procedures for the reservation, allocation and compliance monitoring of the Federal and State Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Programs and establish policies and procedures for use of the Tax Credits.
