DFA of Summit County, OH Receives $45M in NMTC
The CDFI Fund recently announced the Development Fund of the Western Reserve (DFWR) has been allocated $45 New Markets Tax Credits to spur economic investments in low-income communities of Northeast Ohio.

OH Senate Bill Would Simplify PACE
According to Bricker & Eckler, recently introduced Senate Bill 185 could simplify PACE financing in Ohio by providing property owners with an alternative option to creating or joining an Energy Special Improvement District (ESID) in order to use PACE financing.

Congress Reintroduces Modernizing American Manufacturing Bonds Act
Rep. Hultgren (R-IL) and Rep. Neal (D-MA) introduced the Modernizing American Manufacturing Bonds Act (MAMBA) of 2015. H.R. 2890, supported by CDFA and hundreds of issuers throughout the country, is a comprehensive package that will modernize and revolutionize manufacturing bonds.
