Advantage Capital Agribusiness Partners is a $154 million fund licensed as a rural business investment company by the USDA. Jobs Return to OR with NMTC Investment According to 3BL Media, the National Community Investment Fund (NCIF) recently partnered with three additional Community Development Entities (CDEs) to provide $20 million of New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) funding to support business expansion into rural and underserved Oregon. $1.2M for Nonprofits Working to Strengthen Rural Communities The Safe and Sound Rural Housing Rehabilitation or Replacement program will help recipient organizations fund the cost of bringing substandard rural homes up to housing codes. According to Market Watch, 50 rural homes will be rehabbed or replaced in five regions to help create communities that are unique and inviting investment opportunities.
