Cincinnati, Columbus Region Development Projects Approved by TCA
The Ohio Tax Credit Authority Board approved ten projects expected to create 1,227 jobs and retain 1,564 jobs statewide. Collectively, these projects are expected to spur approximately $96.3 million in investment across Ohio and generate nearly $50 million in new payroll.
FBT Project Finance Advisors Welcomes Kevin Malof as Vice President

Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority Has Record Year
The Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority issued more than $227 million in bonds in 2015, which was a record year. In 2015, the Finance Authority announced that they closed on eleven projects.
Port Authority Is Picking up Steam after Productive 2015
The Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority is spending $8 million to upgrade the infrastructure on the lakefront docks after increasing the number of monthly round trips from nine in 2014 by ships to 24 in 2015.
