Historic Tax Credits Key to Dallas Tower Redevelopment
According to the Dallas Business Journal, the redevelopment of an 18-story tower at 211 N. Ervay, a $17M project, is a perfect example of one made financially viable by the state's new historic tax credit.

Austin Energy Plans Community Solar Farm Project
Austin is in a bid process with Austin Energy to develop a 26-acre lot owned by the City as a community solar farm. Austin Business Journal reports the plan would create a 4MW installation, and residents could buy into the project with a subscription service.

San Antonio has accepted an unsolicited P3 proposal from a local bank and developer that would bring new high-rise office space to the city's skyline, NCPPP reported.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded CDFA with a $997,572 Brownfields Training, Research, and Technical Assistance Grant. CDFA is one of only four organizations in the nation to receive funding through this opportunity. CDFA's cutting edge program will leverage the Council's vast network to build public-private financing partnerships for brownfield projects and programs nationwide.
