CDFA Recognizes Aaron Hufford, DFCP

EDA Invests $9.5M to Support Economic Development Projects in Four States
The U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration (EDA) announced $9.5 million in awards for projects in four states. The awards were provided through EDA's Public Works and Economic Adjustment Assistance programs, which leverage existing regional assets and support the implementation of economic development strategies to support distressed communities.

North Carolina Department of Commerce Announces $69M to Support Affordable Rental Housing
North Carolina Department of Commerce's Division of Community Revitalization and the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency announced 10 projects in Western North Carolina to develop 828 new rental units that will receive awards totaling more than $69 million in Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funds.
