CalCompetes Approves $31M in Tax Credits for 56 Companies
GO-Biz announced that the California Competes Tax Credit (CCTC) committee approved approximately $31 million in tax credits for 56 companies expanding and creating jobs in California.

New CA Laws Provides New Tax Infrastructure Financing Tools 2015
CA Senate Bills 614 and 628 strengthen Infrastructure Financing Districts (IFDs) by allowing IFDs to finance capital investments in public facilities with the issuance of bonds backed by tax increment.
CA Allocates More SSBCI Funds Than Other States
California has allocated more small business funds through the U.S. Treasury' State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) than any other state. In terms of percentage of SSBCI allocation deployed, California was 39th highest.
