According to this memorandum from the Office of Small Business Lending Fund Program Oversight, the Office of the Inspector General has terminated an audit of the effectiveness of SSBCI.

VT Becomes Third State to Distribute 100% of SSBCI Funds

Vermont is the third state to have fully deployed their State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) funds. The Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA) has distributed $13.2M in SSBCI funds leveraging an additional $133.3 million in private funds.
