WHEFA Bond Financing Helps St. Vincent de Paul
WHEFA helped Society of St. Vincent de Paul refinance interim taxable loans, the proceeds of which financed the costs associated with the acquisition of two donated goods collection facilities and resale facilities located in Waukesha and Oconomowoc.
Utilities Aim to Cut WI Program for Energy Efficiency
A utility-backed bill to cut funding for Wisconsin's energy-efficiency program is short-sighted and would hurt customers in the long run, the program's supporters contend. The bill would cut funding for the Focus on Energy program by $7 million.
$50K RLF to Revitalize Business District in Milwaukee
North Shore Bank and the Historic King Drive Business Improvement District have created a $50,000 revolving loan fund to help finance revitalization efforts in the business district north of downtown Milwaukee.
Kresge Community Finance RFP
Kresge Community Finance is a $30 million program-related investment finance offering to certified CDFIs and quasi-public or private DFAs. The foundation will select applications through a competitive Request-for-Proposals (RFP).
