NCOSAFP Members Urge Congress to Adopt HR 5335
On September 8th and 9th NCOSAFP contacted dozens of congressional offices across fifteen states to request their support for H.R. 5335.

NABL Endorses MAMBA

EB-5 Extended through Dec. 9
The Senate passed a continuing resolution to fund the federal government through December 9. The CR includes a short term extension of the EB-5 program.

Panel Votes to Extend Nuclear Power Tax Credit
The Ways and Means Committee has voted to remove the requirement that newly-built nuclear power plants be in service by 2020 in order to receive a tax credit.
