City of Roswell Announced Recipients of CDBG Funding
In an article by the Roswell Patch, the City of Roswell announced the recipients of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding. Projects include infrastructure projects and economic development.

Dev. Authority of Fulton Co. Issued $550M Revenue Bond
The North Atlanta Business Post reported the Development Authority of Fulton County issued a $550M revenue bond for the Avalon, North American properties' mixed-use development.

Atlanta Received $18M Grant for Beltline Expansion
Atlanta received an $18 million grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation for the Beltline expansion, WSB-TV reported. According to Mayor Kasim Reed, this is the most significant revitalization project for Atlanta.

City, County Authority in GA Receives Water Infrastructure Loan
Dawson News reports the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority awarded two loans to city and county authorities. The City of Dawson was awarded a $1 million Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan to help with improvements for its water infrastructure and Etowah Water and Sewer Authority was also awarded a $1.27 million Georgia Fund Loan.

CDFA Announces USDA Rural Development Partnership
CDFA is excited to announce a two-year partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development. This initiative will first focus on an increase in development finance education and resources for USDA's internal staff of 3,800+ field representatives. The initiative will also promote USDA funding and financing best practices for rural communities.
