Foreign investors could provide $200 million to help connect the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Interstate 95 in southeastern Pennsylvania. This deal would provide commissions and fees for the officers of a Philadelphia investment management company and green cards for the investors and their families.

A Somerset County-based medical device manufacturer is creating about 20 local jobs by moving operations from China back to the county thanks to a $1.8 million Business and Industry Loan Guarantee from USDA.

URA and the private development team for the project expect to complete the redevelopment project by investing $41 million in public funds from the TIF and the lots fees to build out remaining infrastructure and complete remaining environmental remediation at the site located in the city's East End.
