MDHA Releases Annual TIF Report
The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency in Nashville, TN released this annual report on the status and impact of tax increment financing throughout the city.

Developer Gets TIF Approved for Grocery, Gas Station in St. Louis
The Board of Aldermen approved a bill to release $2.8 million in TIF for infrastructure around a proposed grocery store and gas station in St. Louis, MO, according to St. Louis Public Radio.

Utah Jazz Arena Renovations Received $22.7M in TIF
As reported by Arena Digest, the 25-year-old home of the Utah Jazz is set for a facelift. One of the major steps for the project was completed last week, when the team received $22.7 million in tax increment financing from The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City.

As reported by The Democrat Missourian, Belton School District officials discovered a potentially costly error affecting school funding.
