Factsheet: Kentucky Collateral Support Program (KYCP)
The Kentucky Collateral Support Program provides a pledged asset to an enrolled lender of up to 20% of their loan in order to enhance the collateral coverage of a small business borrower that is otherwise qualified but unable to meet the lender's security requirements.

Federal Prisons Will Save Water, Energy through ESPC
The Federal Bureau of Prisons has awarded Siemens a $38.6 million contract to conduct 44 projects involving energy and water conservation equipment at the Federal Correctional Institution in Ashland and the Federal Medical Center in Lexington.

KY P3 Legislation Signed Into Law
Gov. Matt Bevin signed into law April 8 a bill authorizing state and local governments to use public-private partnerships to develop transportation and other types of infrastructure projects.
