Chao Says Trump Plans to Remove Obstacles to P3s
President-elect Donald Trump will unleash the potential of private investments and use innovative financing tools to rebuild the nation's transportation networks, Transportation Secretary-designate Elaine Chao told lawmakers at her Senate confirmation hearing on Wednesday.

Four Seattle Transit Projects Will Receive $2B
The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) and the Build America Bureau signed a pioneering, first-of-its-kind Master Credit Agreement (MCA). The agreement lays a foundation for working together to initiate four transit projects in the Seattle area.
