Green for Green Cards, Foreign Nationals Invest in PA Turnpike
The Pennsylvania Turnpike will establish a connection along Interstate 95 thanks in part to a $400 million dollar EB-5 investment. According to ABC 27, an estimated $35 million in interest will be saved on the I-95 project.

Luzerne Co., PA Stands to Receive up to $2M From TIF Project
Luzerne County is claiming it is owed $2 million out of a TIF district fund in Wilkes-Barre Township. According to the Times Leader, around $3 million is left in the fund and the state is entitled to $1 million.

Call for Presentations: Pennsylvania Brownfields Conference
The Department of Environmental Protection and the Engineers' Society of Western Pennsylvania announced a call for presentations for the next Pennsylvania Brownfields Conference to be held May 13-15, 2015.

$2.1M for Community Revitalization Investment in Pittsburgh Neighborhoods
Economic Development South said it has received $2.1 million for community revitalization investment. The funding comes from a tax credit program administered by the Department of Community and Economic Development.
