USCIS Updated Its List of Terminated EB-5 Regional Centers
USCIS updated its online list of terminated EB-5 regional centers. According to the National Law Review, it is important that regional centers provide USCIS with adequate information to explain inactivity that may be justifiable.

Silverstein Properties Markets EB-5 to Fund Final World Trade Center Tower
The Wall Street Journal reports that Silverstein Properties is marketing the EB-5 visa program in China, hoping to raise about $500 million to help finance construction of the final World Trade Center office tower.
