Colorado Creative Industries (CCI) announced the certification of six new Creative Districts into the Colorado Creative Districts Program. Certification is for a five year period.

Denver Refunding Bonds Keep Tax-Exempt Status After Audit
An Internal Revenue Service audit of $73.6 million of Series A excise revenue refunding bonds issued by the city and county of Denver in 2009 has been closed with no change to the bonds' tax-exempt status.

CDFA Summer School is a week long series of courses presented by the CDFA Training Institute. These courses qualify for the CDFA Training Institute's Development Finance Certified Professional (DFCP) Program. Participants may register for one, two, or three courses during CDFA Summer School. Complete three courses, and you will have fulfilled half of the requirements for the DFCP Program.
