CHFA strengthens Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. Using a variety of resources, we partner with lenders and economic developers to provide for-profit and nonprofit businesses and organizations in Colorado with the financing they need for future growth. We offer unique programs for manufacturers and rural businesses. We know strong communities make strong economies and we are proud to play a role.
CHFA supports Colorado community development and access to capital through a range of programs including Credit Enhancements, Manufacturer Financing, New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Revolving Loan Fund, and the Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund.
