The Council of Development Finance Agencies is partnering with the Texas Economic Development Council to host the CDFA-TEDC Webinar: Creative Approaches for Financing Industry & Redevelopment.

Attracting public and private investment for redevelopment projects can be challenging. Several types of tax credit programs exist at the state and federal levels to encourage investment in affordable housing, a specific industry, or a particular community. In this session, experts will discuss the creative approaches to using tools - such as tax credits, tax increment financing, opportunity zones, and more - to help finance successful community redevelopment projects in the state of Texas.
