Development finance is happening in all 50 states. But let’s talk about how it’s being used in just one: YOURS.

Whether you’re new to development finance or an industry veteran, the CDFA State Rundown: Florida is your chance to hear from – and be heard by – the people shaping Florida’s economic development.

The CDFA State Rundown: Florida is a five-part series of conversations about how development finance is being used throughout Florida. Every session will focus on a specific development finance tool, kicked off by an overview of how that tool works and what kind of development projects it’s ideal for. Then we’ll dive into a conversation with one of the leading development finance voices in Florida about projects across the state being financed with this tool, as well as the current economic development landscape in Florida.
