The following are the uses surrounding the site. North is Q.E.D. Systems an Engineering/IT Services Firm; South is Univar a Chemical Distribution Company; East is Caliber Collision an Autobody Repair facility; and West is the Railroad Tracks and Tidelands Avenue.
