The property is zoned for mixed-use and is adjacent to residential uses. The Site is generally flat and slopes towards to the north (towards the River). There are some remnants of stone foundation walls. |

It is approximately 2 miles from the Ogdensburg International Airport and .25 miles form State Highway 37, Interstate 81 is 35 miles south west. There is no rail access, but there is deep water access. |
