Property Assessed Clean Energy (“PACE”) is an innovative financing method for allowing homes and businesses to invest in energy efficiency upgrades through the use of tax assessments. The CDFA California Financing Roundtable in partnership with CALED will present a webcast on June 25, 2014 dedicated to PACE financing. Building on the success of the 2013 “PACE Financing in the Golden State” webcast, presenters will dive deeper to explore the potential for maximizing this tool in California.
