Request for Information (RFI) from Development Finance Organizations

The Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA) and the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA) are pleased to host a free webinar on Monday, November 23, 2009 at 2:00pm EST.
The webinar will provide an overview of the recently released US Department of Energy's (DOE) Request for Information (RFI) from Development Finance Organizations (DFO) interested in submitting applications for guarantees of eligible alternative energy projects under the Financial Institution Partnership Program.
Thomas Cochran and Steven Klein, program advisors to the LGPO’s DFO program, will present the webinar.
The webinar will focus on:
The process for responding to the RFI
The process for reviewing responses to the RFI
The process for submitting eligible alternative energy projects under the FIPP solicitation
DOE’s review and evaluation of submitted projects
The broader § 1705 loan guarantee program
