    Property Assessed Clean Energy: A Growing Trend in Wisconsin
    Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs provide capital for building projects to improve energy efficiency, install renewable energy, and conserve water. PACE financing is paid off through a special assessment on the property that lasts 20-25 years. Wisconsin is one of only 19 states with an active PACE program.
