Immigration-investment Program Aims to Expand Reach
The San Francisco Bay Area Regional Center, may partner with other "regional centers" in California to expand its portfolio of projects. The centers use a federal program, known as EB-5, that is designed to trade green cards for investments from foreign nationals of as little as $500,000 in job-creating U.S. projects.
