$4.9M in Investments for Rural AL Businesses and Infrastructure
The USDA announced $4.9 million in new funding for public safety and health projects and water and wastewater infrastructure in rural Alabama. According to North Denver News, Secretary Tom Vilsack will visit projects that have previously received USDA Rural Development funds.
KY Agricultural Finance Corp. Approves $1.3M in Loans
The Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corp. (KAFC) approved $1,349,450 in eight agricultural loans for projects in the commonwealth. Six Beginning Farmer loans, an Agricultural Processing Loan and an Agricultural Infrastructure were approved.
