The Georgia Bond Market at the CDFA Georgia Financing Roundtable
Dianne McNabb with PFM and Daniel McRae with Seyfarth Shaw will describe the current bond market in Georgia during this session and explore bond financing case examples which prove their effectiveness in addressing critical infrastructure needs, supporting community development initiatives, and driving business and industry investment.

Redevelopment Realities – Tools that Work Discussed at the CDFA Georgia Financing Roundtable
Within this session, Billy Peppers with DCA, Cheryl Strickland with Stifel and Chuck Warbington with Gwinnett Village CID will discuss their experiences using tools such as Tax Allocation Districts, Special Assessment Districts, Community Improvement Districts and Brownfield Remediation to catalyze public improvements that spur private investment.

Georgia Infrastructure & Energy Opportunities at the CDFA Georgia Financing Roundtable
During this session, Peter Floyd with Alston & Bird and Andrea Schroer with GEFA will examine case studies in the development of energy and other infrastructure as they explore some targeted tactics for implementing a successful project with revolving loan funds, capital funding programs and public-private partnerships.
