The SSBCI Quarterly Report for the second quarter summarizes and organizes the funds allocated and percentage of disbursements by state. According to the report, 84% of States deployed more than $5 million of their SSBCI allocation.

OIG SSBCI Audit Report: Massachusetts

OIG reports that Massachusetts appropriately used most of the SSBCI funds it had expended as of June 30, 2012, but spent $237,000 to participate in an SBA-guaranteed loan under the MBDC Loan Participation Program, which Treasury officials said was prohibited.

OIG SSBCI Audit Report: Kansas

This report by the Dept. of the Treasury Office of Inspector General reviews Kansas' use of funds awarded under the SSBCI program. In the report, OIG found that in each of the 11 transactions reviewed Kansas did not obtain assurances from companion lenders that participated in the Kansas Capital Multiplier Loan Fund as required by SSBCI Policy Guidelines and National Standards.
