Dallas Council Grants $2.4M for Mall Redevelopment The Dallas City Council approved the redevelopment grant by a vote of 12-2. Mall owner Peter Brodsky will now have until 2019 to spend at least $15 million on mall improvements TIF Funding in Jeopardy for Texas & Pacific Warehouse Project As reported by the Star-Telegram, the Texas and Pacific Warehouse project was placed in default by the Lancaster Avenue Tax Increment Finance District. Waco Council Pulls Trigger on $77M in Street, Water, Sewer Projects The Waco Tribune reports that the Waco City Council authorized $77 million in bonds to finance water, sewer and street work. Austin Mall First in State to Use PACE Funding The Barton Creek Square mall in Austin will be the first Texas program to be financed by PACE, or Property Assessed Clean Energy.
