New Complex ‘Brings the Feeling' of Old Columbia A new mixed-use complex in Columbia, which will house restaurants, apartments and office space, is being financed through private capital and state tax credits. Clarendon County, SC Receives Infrastructure Grant from Black River Electric Clarendon County received a $50,000 grant from the Black River Electric Cooperative to make infrastructure improvements at the Sallie Alderman site. Old Mill Spins New Apartment Project The American Investor Immigration Funds company plans to use EB-5 program investments and tax credits to transform Greenville's American Spinning Mill into an apartment complex. Plans Move Forward for North Myrtle Beach Dredging Project As reported by The Sun News, the North Myrtle Beach City Council have approved the logistics for a bond issuance to finance the Cherry Grove Dredging Project. TIF District Extension Included in $12M Florence Schools Project If approved by the city of Florence, $12 million in TIF funds will be used to finance improvements to the school district's McClenaghan building, Poynor Building, and Beck Early Childhood Center.
