Texas City Opts for 100% Renewable Energy According to The Guardian, 100% of the energy generated in Georgetown, Texas will come from wind and solar by January 2017. TX Joins National Coalition to Attract More Foreign Investment to US Global investment plays a critical role for the Texas economy because Texas ranks second in the nation for the number of jobs supported by foreign companies. According to the San Antonio Business Journal, the Texas Governor's Office of Economic Development and Tourism will focus on attracting more foreign direct investment. Incenergy LLC Partnership to Provide Third Party Financing for Energy Efficiency Incenergy, LLC is an Austin based company that offers affordable energy solutions for the commercial building market.
