Gov. Cuomo Plans Changes for Brownfields Tax Breaks
Governor Cuomo plans changes to brownfields tax breaks in New York, according to The Buffalo News. Cuomo wants to focus tax breaks on sites with actual blight and industrial locations.
Tech Sector Tax Credit Programs Gain Momentum in NJ
New Jersey Economic Development Authority issued a press release outlining the progress with the Governor Christie Administration's efforts to grow the state's technology sector. Programs available to technology firms include Angel Investor Tax Credit program, Technology Business Tax Certificate Transfer program and Grow NJ tax credits.
Berry Lane Park - Brownfield Case Study

NY Developer Raises Record-Setting $600M through EB-5
A New York developer has raised about $600 million to finance the foundation of three towers at the Hudson Yards project through the federal EB-5 visa program. The amount raised through EB-5 is a record, according to the Wall Street Journal.
