TX Joins National Coalition to Attract More Foreign Investment to US Global investment plays a critical role for the Texas economy because Texas ranks second in the nation for the number of jobs supported by foreign companies. According to the San Antonio Business Journal, the Texas Governor's Office of Economic Development and Tourism will focus on attracting more foreign direct investment. Incenergy LLC Partnership to Provide Third Party Financing for Energy Efficiency Incenergy, LLC is an Austin based company that offers affordable energy solutions for the commercial building market. According to PR Newswire, a project finance partnership between Incenergy, LLC and Joule Assets will deliver unique financing solutions for energy efficiency. USDA Loans to Fund Community Facility Projects in TX The USDA Rural Development has awarded over $60M in funding for community facility projects in Texas. According to The Vindicator, applications are now being accepted to fund projects meeting the criteria for community facility loans and grant programs. A Field Guide to the Taxes of Texas The field guide to the taxes of Texas provides an overview of major state taxes in Texas. The guide breaks down tax revenue generated by various sources in the state. TX Transportation Commission Approved $2B in Projects According to Bond Buyer, the Texas Transportation Commission approved $2B for road and bridge projects. Nearly 500 miles of new highway lanes, 64 bridge replacements, and 18 lane-widening enhancements will be added.
