Tulsa World reports that a long-awaited effort to clean up the Evans-Fintube industrial site just north of downtown Tulsa will begin soon, opening doors to developing the brownfield property and revitalizing parts of north Tulsa. The Evans-Fintube site was selected for a CDFA Project Response Team site visit in 2015.

Land Bank Offers New Hope for Polluted Properties in CT
Under new legislation, a land bank would be eligible for the same remediation funding as a municipality, but as a nonprofit it would be better equipped to pursue other sources, including philanthropic donations, reports ctpost.com.
