AZ Lawmakers Pass $9.1B Budget After All-Nighter
According to The Bond Buyer, this year is the earliest lawmakers have passed Arizona's budget in years. The legislative sessions  ended with a $9.1 billion spending plan at 8:30 a.m.on a Saturday.

PhoenixMart EB-5 Plans Moving Along Well, Company Says
Casa Grande Dispatch reports the PhoenixMart, a $150 million master-planned community project, is moving along smoothly with the plans using EB-5 financing.

Apple, Arizona, and Economic Development
State lawmakers are considering a new package for Apple after plans fell though for a manufacturing site in Mesa, according to Cronkite School. Apple now plans to use the site as a data center.
