Rite Aid Selects Spartanburg County for New Distribution Center According to the SC Department of Commerce, Rite Aid Corporation is set to build a 900,000-square-foot, $90M distribution center in Spartanburg, S.C. that is expected to employ nearly 600 people. Beaufort Co., SC Municipalities Tax Increment Financing Districts (TIF) This resource provides a list of the TIF districts in Beaufort County along with details and the supporting documents on file for each TIF districts. USDA Partnership Invests $30M in SC Projects According to SC Now, the USDA has invested $30M in two South Carolina conservation projects involving an energy conservation program for the state, as well as a multi-state program geared towards conserving 20,000 acres of longleaf forest. $100K Rural Infrastructure Fund Grant Approved for Union County The SC Department of Commerce announced the Coordinating Council for Economic Development approved an $100,000 Rural Infrastructure Fund Grant related to the Vapor Apparel manufacturing facility in Union County.
