CDFA is pleased to announce the launch of the CDFA Arizona Financing Roundtable. The CDFA Arizona Financing Roundtable is generously hosted by the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Scottsdale, and endorsed by the Arizona Association for Economic Development.

AZ Legislature Considering Bill to Limit Community Facilities Districts
According to the Rose Law Group Reporter, the Arizona State Legislature is contemplating SB 1415, which contains language that would drastically reduce the funding capabilities of CFDs by capping their bonding capacity.
