GA Law Paves the Way for Many New P3 Projects
The National Council for Public-Private Partnerships reports that a new law enables P3s in Georgia to build and maintain public buildings and infrastructure in the face of public funding shortfalls.

GA Supreme Court Upholds SunTrust Park Bond Financing
According to Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Georgia Supreme Court upheld a lower court ruling authorizing up to $397 million in bond financing for the Atlanta Braves' new SunTrust Park.

Commission OKs 30 Years Tax-Free for Douglas Co., GA Resort
According to Neighborhood Newspapers, the Douglas County Commission approved the issuance of industrial development bonds, in addition to a 30-year property tax exemption to help finance the development of a Foxhall Westin Resort.
