Charleston County to Fund $18M for Aeronautical Training Center
According to the Post and Courier, Charleston County Counsel approved $18.75 million in general obligations bonds to aid the construction of a planned $79 million Aeronautical Training Center at Trident Technical College.
SC Foundation Invests in Healthy Food for Rural Areas
WISTV reports that the South Carolina Loan Fund was presented with a $500,000 check from Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina. The money will be used as low interest loans for locally grown, healthy food options for low-income and under-served areas.
