Community Facilities Infrastructure Toolkit Webinar


The U.S. Department of Agriculture recently released the Community Facilities Infrastructure Toolkit, a technical document co-authored by CDFA. This publication is designed for organizations and community leaders to better understand the complex process that is required to successfully develop and construct a new facility in a rural area.

During this webinar, hear how conventional bank loans, bond financing, or state and federal grant and lending programs can be applied broadly across organizations regardless of project type or finance resources. Speakers will discuss infrastructure development, leveraging multiple sources of capital for these projects, and the expectations of program participants wanting to use the USDA Community Facilities program.
