180 Colorado Creates Grants Announced More Than $1M Awarded
Colorado Creative Industries (CCI) announced recipients for the Colorado Creates grant and Colorado Creates Alternate Year grant. A total of 180 grants were awarded in 47 counties across the state totaling $1.3 million. The agency's grants benefit both small and large communities.

A Denver-based fund that helps finance small businesses has received a cash infusion from the U.S. government. The Colorado Enterprise Fund (CEF) plans to use the $1.75 million from the U.S. Department of Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund for its loan and technical assistance programs.

CO Offers $12M in Incentives to Companies with High-Paying Jobs
Colorado Economic Development Commission members approved more than $12 million in job-growth incentives for six different companies, including several whose average salary would exceed $100,000 if they were to accept the tax credits and grow their work force in Colorado.

6 Denver Housing Projects Awarded Coveted Tax Credits
Six projects in metro Denver are the recipients of much coveted low-income housing tax credits that will allow the developers to move forward with building 423 affordable housing units. Federal low-income housing tax credits, or LIHTCs, are among the most common funding mechanisms for affordable housing in Colorado and the nation.

First CO Commercial PACE Project Receives Financing
The New Energy Improvement District (NEID) announced financing for Colorado's first Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy project. NEID, with Colorado Energy Office (CEO) support, oversees the development of Colorado C-PACE projects.
