CA Gets $55.6M in New Federal Funds for Small Business
State officials announced that California has received an additional $55.6 million in federal funds, split between two programs: the Small Business Loan Guarantee Program, run by California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank, and the California Capital Access Program (CalCAP) in the state Treasurer's Office.

The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee released proposed regulation changes for program year 2014, and held four public meetings to gather comment. This release is the updated rule change, responding to comments received.
