A trio of downtown developers plans to redevelop the 300 block of South University Parks Drive with help from TIF funds.

The city of Corpus Christi is considering a local tax on motor fuel like gasoline and diesel fuel. The money raised would solely go towards residential street maintenance and repair.

The city of McKinney has been without public transit since November 2015, but City Council approved two items tonight that got the city two steps closer to reinstating public transit.

The city of Eagle Lake heard more on plans for $5 million in water and sewer infrastructure repairs at the Jan. 10 Eagle Lake city council meeting. The cost estimate the city received is for about $5 million dollars.
