KEDFA OK Incentives for Eastern KY Company
The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority approved a $1.1 million loan and incentive package for Logan Corp, allowing the company to move to a larger facility with three times the productivity and add up to 70 new jobs.

Louisville Metro Council Approves Bonds for Norton Healthcare
Norton Healthcare has secured a Louisville Metro Council agreement to issue up to $725 million in tax-exempt bonds, with much of the proceeds targeted for helping to pay for a long list of capital projects.

With the passage in late April of an ordinance in metro Louisville, Kentucky now has seven Energy Project Assessment Districts (EPAD), called PACE, or "Property Assessed Clean Energy" elsewhere in the United States.
