78 GA Communities Receive $36.8M in Block Grants
The Georgia Department of Community Affairs administered $31.9M in block grants to 66 counties and $5 million to 12 communities in an effort to support job growth and economic development, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Georgia's New Law Paves the Way for Many New P3 Projects
According to the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships, Governor Neal signed the Partnership for Public Facilities and Infrastructure Act, which allows the state to expand negotiation of P3 projects beyond highways and into public buildings.

Fulton Development Authority Approval for I-285 Financing
The Development Authority of Fulton County is financing the largest interchange reconstruction project in the state's history through $700 million in tax-exempt bonds, as reported by the Daily Report.
