Proposed Regs Released for PACE Loss Reserve Program
CAEATFA is issuing a Notice of Emergency Regulations along with proposed regulation text and the Finding of Emergency for the Emergency Rulemaking File to create the PACE Loss Reserve Program as authorized by Senate Bill 96.
USDA Steps in to Alleviate Impact of Drought on CA Farmers
After one of the worst droughts on record in California, the USDA has stepped in to help, offering $20M worth of aid to increase water conservation efforts through its Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
Study Finds Dramatic Economic Impact of EB-5 Program
A new economic impact study commissioned by the Association to Invest in the USA (IIUSA) finds that the U.S. EB-5 immigrant investor visa program contributed $3.39 billion to U.S. GDP and supported over 42,000 U.S. jobs during fiscal year 2012. This is more than a 2-fold increase from the average annual impact result reported in 2011.
