$2M Still Available for MN Agriculture Innovation Program
Qualifying producers are reimbursed 10 percent of the first $500,000 of investment, with a minimum investment of $4,000. Qualifying expenditures include the purchase, construction or improvement of livestock buildings or facilities.

Historic Tax Credits May Help Save 2 Albert Lea Buildings
Albert Lea City is reviewing options with Cohen-Esrey and Minnesota Housing Authority, adding that it will likely cost $5 to $6 million to repurpose and redevelop the buildings. Adams said the low-income housing tax credit would account for $3.5 million over 10 years.
